Ask a Summit Farm director to create a custom package for your special day! It is our pleasure to customize décor, flowers, etc. to each bride's personal request.

Our packages are for up to 175 guests. More guests can be accommodated with a 23 x 30 tent rental which will cost $750 and includes set up and take down. 200 guest maximum.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND OUR FABULOUS WEDDING COORDINATOR, Michelle Higdon, and her team of experts to make your day run smoothly. Her cost per Summit Farm is $575 and well worth it.
All packages include use of the bridal suite and groomsmen’s den on the day of your wedding.
Sunday DIY wedding $2000.00. No more than 100 guests. Ask our director for more details.
If DIY, we only provide tables and chairs. You are responsible for all other décor, set up, clean up. You have the bridal/ groom suites from 4:00 until 8:00. No alcohol on Sundays. Maximum of 4 hours on Sundays.
The catering package includes one meat (BBQ pork, two sides of your choice, bread, lemonade, tea, water, ice, all dinnerware, chargers, chafing dishes, and 2 servers are included in the Platinum Package. Set up and clean up included. Tips also included. Additional meats and sides may be added upon request. You may choose your own caterer at no extra charge.
A different menu is available if you are not interested in BBQ. Please ask about other options.
Summit Farm Weddings floral designer would love to create custom centerpieces for your tables and bouquets for your wedding party. Flowers are priced on an individual basis. (see example Gold Package for estimate)
The Gold and Premium packages are listed as (price varies) due to the type/ quantity of flowers and the number of guests for food pricing.
We have a no smoking policy in and around the barn and venue area. Smoking is only permitted in the designated area and cigarette butts must be disposed of in designated containers.
Beer and Wine is permitted; however, we do not have an open bar. Alcohol consumption must be in moderation to ensure safety for all guests. Our clients must hire a sheriff deputy if serving beer and wine to guests. Details available upon request.
The venue is open 2 hours on the day prior to an event for rehearsal, and the venue opens for bridal party at 10 AM on your wedding day. However, from ceremony time you will have 5 remaining hours of venue time. We do not host the rehearsal dinner as we will be setting up for your event during that time.
In the event of inclement weather, we may choose to have a short rain delay, or hold the ceremony inside the barn. We do not use pews inside the barn.
We have many items which you may choose from to use as wedding décor. You may also bring your own personal items; however, we will not be responsible for such items and ask that you have someone in charge of gathering all personal items after your event is over.
We have a stage for DJ or band and a dance area. Space may be limited in the event of rain.
Parking is very near the venue and within walking distance. We will certainly take care of any person who needs special assistance.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. In the event you need to reschedule we will certainly work with our available dates and try our best to satisfy your needs.
Upon request a contract can be sent via email. This form is strictly informational.
We would love to schedule a visit for you to tour our venue. We hope to hear from you soon.
A fully refundable $200 deposit must be made with your last payment to cover incidentals such as excessive clean up, broken or missing items, etc.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your date on our calendar. The remainder is broken down into 2 installments. The first is due 6 months prior, and the final installment due 30 days prior to your wedding. Please contact us to visit and secure your date.
All payments are non-refundable.
